Refund & Return Policy – Bare Crews

At Bare Crews, each sketchbook is made to order using personalized printing processes that begin shortly after purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or cancellations once the production or shipping process has begun.


1. Made-to-order product – no right to return

Our sketchbooks are printed individually based on the variant selected by the customer (number of pages). Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of the product, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, mistakes in model selection, or any reason not related to a manufacturing defect.

This complies with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications.


2. Cancellations

Once 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, no cancellations will be accepted, as the production process will have already begun and the order may be in print or already on its way.

We do not accept cancellations for orders that are already in transit, as it is not possible to stop an international shipment once scheduled or picked up by the courier. Costs are already incurred and the product is being prepared exclusively for the customer.


3. Refunds only for damage or defects

Refunds or returns are only accepted in cases of clear manufacturing defects or damage during transport, and only if the original packaging remains intact.

In such cases, the customer must provide clear photo evidence of the damage and the unopened packaging by emailing barecrewus@gmail.com within 15 calendar days of delivery.

If the return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will provide the return address.


4. Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: 2 to 4 business days

  • Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

These times are estimates and may vary based on demand or external logistical factors.


5. Disputes & chargebacks

We take fraud prevention very seriously. In the case of a PayPal or Shopify Payments dispute, we will always respond with proof of production and delivery to defend our service and protect our business.
