Bare Crews sells sketchbooks and artistic tools for graffiti and urban art practice. Our products are designed for private, personal use only. All content on this site (images, texts, designs) is the property of Bare Crews and may not be used without permission.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method

We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected countries from our bases in Spain and the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and product availability. Once a package is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Processing time: 2–4 business days
Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days (after processing)

You will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general:

  • Custom or used items are non-refundable

  • You must contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are issued once we inspect the returned item

Bare Crews is not liable for:

  • Delays due to customs, strikes, weather, or carrier errors

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

If you post or share your artwork made with our products (e.g., photos, reviews, videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated.
